When Windows Phone 7 first came out, there was talk about when phones would drop in price. That day is today. Microsoft is offering select Windows Phone 7 devices for a penny if you get them from the Microsoft Store and do a 2 year agreement. You'd be hard pressed to get any other smartphone platform for this cheap.
The three phones they're offering are the HTC Arrive (Sprint), HTC Trophy (Verizon), and the HTC HD7 (T-Mobile). You can find these deals by going here.
